N.B. Rates are per room with bed and breakfast, not full-board.

  • Triple Room: € 20.00 per day to be added to the double room rate for intended period of stay. 
  • Quadruple Room: € 40.00 per day to be added to the double room rate for intended period of stay. 
  • "ONE DAY" tariff (1 night only): + 25% on top of the list price

  • Children up to 2 years free stay in double rooms. 
  • "ONE DAY" tariff - 30% on top of the list price. 

 

Tourist tax: € 1.50 per person per day for the first 7 days; under 16s are exempt.

To book your stay, you will need 
to:

  • Send an e-mail to info@villaggiodeipini.it specifying check-in and check-out dates, the number of people staying, your address and phone number. 
  • Receive confirmation from our management that the room has been booked. 
  • Read more
    • A deposit must be paid by bank transfer. The reservation is valid only once the deposit has been received. The deposit will be withheld in full by the management in case of booking being cancelling. The customer who books the room agrees to occupy it at the agreed date and time. Each reservation must specify the exact date of arrival and departure, as well as the customer's complete address with telephone number. If the customer fails to arrive without giving 24 hours' notice, the hotelier has the right to consider the room canceled and to forfeit the deposit. If the customer leaves the reserved room before the agreed check-out date, the hotelier has the right to demand an indemnity for breach of contract, up to the amount of 3 days of the room price.

  • CHECK IN between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm on arrival day 
  • CHECK OUT by 10:00 am on departure day 

 

Paid services: 

 

  • Beach set available in the period 14/06 - 14/09: 1 umbrella, 1 sunbed and 1 deckchair starting from € 12.00 per day in June and September, € 20.00 per day in July and € 25.00 per day in August.

Residence rates

Prices are intended per week and per accommodation. 
 

  • The rate includes: use of crockery and cutlery, consumption of water, gas, final cleaning (customers must leave kitchenette clean), 1 parking space.
  • ADDITIONAL FEES:  
  • Beach set rental (1 umbrella, 1 cot, 1 deckchair) € 12.00 per day in June and September, € 20.00 per day in July and € 25.00 per day in August. (Service available from 14/06/25 to 14/09/25)

 

  • Read more

    • Not included: household linen: sheets, towels, tablecloths are charged to the customer. It is only possible to rent sheets at a cost of € 15.00 for the single bed and € 20.00 for the double bed for each supply. 
    • Air conditioning: up on request € 70.00 per week. 
    • Tourist tax: € 1.00 per person per day for the first 7 days. Under 16s are exempt. 
    • Small pets allowed with an additional cost of    € 50.00 for the entire stay.
    • The booking is only valid when the management receives a booking confirmation email to:  info@villaggiodeipini.it, along with a 20 % deposit for the total amount depending on the type of holiday chosen, to be sent by bank transfer.
